Mlo Art Studio accepts returns and refund requests for eligible items within (7) seven days of delivery. Products must be unused, and in their original condition and returned with all packaging. Because all of our items are handmade and custom designed, certain products may not be eligible for returns or refundable. There is a shipping and handling fee are nonrefundable and customers are responsible for all returned shipping and handling cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
